This page explains what Doughmestic Cookies collects on this website, why, and what happens to it. It covers doughmestic.com.sa only. Our shop at doughmestic.sa runs on Salla and is governed by Salla’s own terms.
If you send us a message through the contact form, we store what you typed: your name, email address, phone number, the topic you chose, and your message. We also record which language you were reading in, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string, so we can tell a real enquiry from an automated one.
Our web server keeps standard access logs — the pages requested, the time, and the requesting IP address.
That is everything. This site runs no analytics, sets no advertising or tracking cookies, embeds nothing from social networks, and loads its fonts from our own server rather than a third party.
Messages are stored in this website’s own database, on a server we control in Amsterdam. A copy of each message is also emailed to us at info@doughmestic.sa so we notice it; that email is delivered through Google Workspace.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. The only parties who ever touch it are our hosting provider, DigitalOcean, and Google, as the provider of our email — both acting on our instructions.
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful — an unanswered question, a wholesale conversation that may resume, a complaint we should remember. We are not building a mailing list from them, and we will delete yours on request.
Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then rotated away.
Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@doughmestic.sa and we will act on it.
This site sets no cookies for visitors. If you log in to manage the site, WordPress sets session cookies that keep you signed in — those apply to administrators only.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
